✅ Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • Replacement will be initiated after verification of the returned product.

  • If a replacement is not available, a refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), return shipping is free.

  • For other valid returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.
